Hi! I’m Ramiro, one of the Service Technicians working for Sierra Shred since October 2023. I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and graduated from the University del Norte. After moving to Houston, I worked in chemical plants for quite some time where I learned about treating all customers in a professional way and providing excellent service.
