Hi, I’m J.C. I help run Sierra Shred. Over the years, lots of people have called me ‘The Shredder Guy.’ I’ve been a customer service professional since 1990, and I believe in excellent service with a smile and treating all customers like family, which is what Sierra Shred is all about.

I’m a native Texan, born and raised in Houston, and a graduate of the University of Houston…go Coogs! After a relocation and 8 years in Austin, my family and I moved to Frisco in 2005, where I helped get Sierra Shred started in 2006. I consider both DFW and Houston home, and I’m proud Sierra Shred provides services in both!

Hi, my name is Brett, and I am the Operations Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I joined the Sierra Shred family in 2018. I have the pleasure of working with the Service Technician team in DFW and making sure we are always ready and able to provide quality service to all our clients.

I’m a true Texan and grew up in the Piney Woods of our Lone Star state. I moved to the DFW area after receiving my Associate’s degree from Kilgore College. I enjoy basketball, gaming, and nutrition.

Hi, I’m Oscar Abrego. I’m the Operations Manager at Sierra Shred Houston. I believe in delivering the best shredding experience possible.  It’s not everyday people get to see what our trucks can do. Other than bring a sigh of relief, I like to bring joy and smiles to all my clients. Great customer service is what we offer and guarantee.

I was born and raised here in the great city of Houston, Texas. When I’m not shredding paper, I like to work out and spend time with my family. Like Sierra Shred, family is a big thing, and I love to be around mine. Joining Sierra Shred has been one of the best decisions I’ve made yet. It’s a great company with an even greater team.

Hello, I’m Lucy, and I’m the Service Manager for Sierra Shred. I answer your questions about our service and set your appointments. I also make sure our Service Technicians arrive as promised and provide you with exceptional customer service.

I’ve been involved in various business operations for over 35 years and managing staff for over 25 years. I lived and worked in Washington DC for years and decided to come back ‘home’ to Texas in 2006. I came back just in time to help Sierra Shred get started. Texas was never far from my heart! I moved back home to be close to family and old friends. I truly believe in giving back to my community and enjoy volunteering to help good causes.

Hi, my name is Shannon, and I’m a Service Representative for Sierra Shred. In September 2016, I changed my career of almost 30 years and took a leap of faith to come work for Sierra Shred, and I am so happy I did. I have been here assisting the team in answering your questions and setting up your shredding appointments. I have years of customer service experience so I know how to provide you with remarkable service. That’s why I’m here!

I was born and raised in Texas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my three grandchildren, and I am involved with various events at my church.

Hi, my name is Marisa, and I am a Service and Administrative Representative handling all accounting needs. I retired from a research and development company after 28 years and decided I wanted to stay busy, so I joined the Sierra Shred team in July of 2021. I have always been a bookkeeping person so this opportunity was perfect for me, and I love the family atmosphere of this company.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and settled in the DFW area when I was in middle school. My husband and I have 4 daughters and 7 grandchildren, and we love spending time with all of them. I also have a passion for gardening and cooking.

I was born, raised, and lived in St. Louis, Missouri for 40 years, having moved to Texas in the summer of 2013. In my free time, I enjoy smoking up great barbecue meals for family and friends!

My name is Javier. I am one of the Service Technicians in Houston. I have 10+ years of experience in customer service and take pride in building relationships with clients. I look forward to meeting new faces and handling any jobs sent my way.

I love anything health related and like to go for long runs in my free time. I’ve even trained for and run a few marathons in Houston. On my days off, I like to get together with my family and go to Astros games!

Hello, my name is Mark! I am a Service Technician and have a wide range of experience in customer service.

After my U.S. Navy tour, I worked on some of the largest litigation trials in the United States, videotaping depositions from 1991 until 2006. In 2006, I moved to North Texas and became a realtor selling over 150 homes in the area. Wanting to follow one of my passions for driving, in 2018, I trained and began working in the bus industry. I started my career with Sierra Shred in August of 2022.

In my free time, I enjoy boating, barefoot water-skiing, and going to the movies with family and friends.
